چکیده
Based on the statistical data from 1997 to 2017, with utilization of IPCC carbon accounting method, Tapio decoupling model, and Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index (LMDI), temporal evolution characteristics Qinghai’s energy-related emissions, relationship, its driving factors were analyzed. The results indicated that 1) emissions Qinghai showed a trend first slowly increasing, then rapidly finally fluctuating decreasing. It increased 3.85 million tons in 14.33 an average annual growth rate 6.79%. emission intensity revealed steady downward trend, 189.82 tons/million CNY 54.6 –6.04%. 2) relationship between economic was represented by four types: weak decoupling, strong expansion negative coupling. Among them, achieved only five periods 1997–1998, 1999–2000, 2001–2002, 2013–2015, 2016–2017. 3) structural effect energy consumption paramount factor restraining followed effect, while growth, population size important facilitating increase emissions. To this end, should continuously optimize structure improve efficiency, thus achieving green high-quality development.

A cross-country assessment of energy- related CO2 emissions: A combined decomposition and decoupling approach
Energy can be considered both a resource and carbon intensive sector with the potential to promote adverse effects. One of these is climate change that distresses multiple dimensions of sustainability both on developed and emerging countries. Therefore, efforts to achieve energy sustainability should strive for emission reductions that promote impact decoupling, namely between energyrelated CO2...
متن کاملDecomposition Analysis of Energy-Related Industrial CO2 Emissions in China
Based on the logarithmic mean Divisia index (LMDI) approach, this paper presents a decomposition analysis of China’s energy-related industrial CO2 emissions from 1985 to 2007, as well as a comparative analysis of differential influences of various factors on six sectors. Via the decomposition, five categories of influencing factors are included: (1) Per capita GDP (PCG) was the largest positive...
متن کاملFactor Decomposition Analysis of Energy-Related CO2 Emissions in Tianjin, China
Tianjin is the largest coastal city in northern China with rapid economic development and urbanization. Energy-related CO2 emissions from Tianjin’s production and household sectors during 1995–2012 were calculated according to the default carbon-emission coefficients provided by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. We decomposed the changes in CO2 emissions resulting from 12 causal fa...

For the purpose of diminishing the growing impact of energy use on the environment and providing policy focus in China, this study decomposes impact factors of energy-related CO2 emissions into nine parts using various economic methods, typically using the extended stochastic impacts by regression on population, affluence, and technology (STIRPAT) model to incorporate necessary factors and ridg...
متن کاملFactors Affecting Transportation Sector CO2 Emissions Growth in China: An LMDI Decomposition Analysis
China has now become the largest country in carbon emissions all over the world. Furthermore, with transportation accounting for an increasing proportion of CO2 emissions year by year, the transportation sector has turned out to be one of the main sectors which possesses a high growth speed in CO2 emissions. To accurately analyze potentially influencing factors which accelerate the process of C...
